1. Nature of Advisory Services
RSA Labs Private Limited provides academic editorial advisory, manuscript structuring guidance, prior-art patent landscaping, and institutional research development programmes. We do not write dissertations or academic papers on behalf of students or faculty, and we strictly uphold COPE publication ethics.
2. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Patent Grant
Academic peer review and patent grant determinations are governed exclusively by independent journal editorial boards and statutory patent examiners. While RSA Labs applies rigorous professional methodologies to strengthen submissions, we do not and cannot guarantee journal publication or patent grant outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Authors and inventors retain 100% ownership of their underlying research, scientific discoveries, and proprietary patent disclosures. RSA Labs claims zero equity or copyright in the work submitted by our clients.
